MORNING SESSIONS HAVE BEEN ADDED — NO SANTA FOR ANY MORNING SESSIONS.
OPTIONAL SANTA IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL AFTERNOON SESSIONS.

📸 Booking & Payment Details:
* A $100 non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your session. A separate invoice will be sent one week before your session date.
* Failure to pay on time will result in forfeiture of your retainer and your session slot will be released to the next interested client.
✨ Backdrop & Set Design:
* There will be one exclusive backdrop/setup for this date.
* The first image shown is the base backdrop. The other images are examples of past holiday sets I’ve created.
* I will be adding hand-selected props and styling touches to transform the scene into a warm, realistic, and magical Christmas cabin.
* The current discounted pricing is available only until the final set photo is revealed—so now’s the best time to book and save!

* 15-minute session
* Includes 5 high-resolution digital images
* Images will be delivered via online proofing gallery, where you’ll select your favorites
* Additional images may be purchased after viewing your gallery
* Parents are welcome to join the session
* Maximum: 5 people per session (immediate family only)
* Arrive 10 minutes early—sessions are booked back-to-back and cannot be extended for late arrivals
🎅 Santa Details:
* Santa will be present on this session date. Photos with Santa are available upon request.
* Our Santa is truly magical—he’s warm, playful, and incredibly good with children.
* Before the session, families will receive a questionnaire to share fun details about their children. Santa uses this information to surprise them—many kids are amazed when he knows their name, interests, or recent milestones! Expect plenty of “Wow, Santa… how did you know that?!”
* This is more than just a photo shoot—it’s a Magical Santa Experience, with a mix of posed and candid images captured.
🛑 Prefer no Santa? Totally fine! It is completely optional and we can simply have a session with your family. There is also an option in which Santa joins halfway through if you want to ease your child's introduction to Santa.
*While we do everything we can to create a smooth, joyful experience for all families, please understand that we cannot guarantee every child will react positively—especially if this is their first time meeting Santa. Some may cry, and no refunds will be given in these cases. Many parents actually love and cherish those emotional moments as part of the memory.
* Please note: Pricing is the same with or without Santa.
📝What You’ll Receive After Booking:
* A contract sent via email (must be signed to finalize your session)
* A style guide to help you prepare outfits
* A Santa preference questionnaire. (With/without Santa or halfway through the session)
* A child prep guide and short questionnaire to personalize your child’s Santa experience
* A proofing gallery will be sent within a few days or a week after of your session
* Once your image selections are submitted, your final edited gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks
