PRICE: $380
$100 due at time of booking. The retainer fee will go towards your session total. The balance must be paid 3 days prior to your session. A separate invoice will be sent.
**The retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
THE BACKDROP/SET UP: There will only be one set up/backdrop per session date. The first four images are photos of the actual set. The 5th image is a photo of our Magical Santa. He will be present on this day. Photos with Santa are upon request.
SANTA: Our Santa is truly magical. He has an amazing personality and is extremely good with children. All families are prepped before the session and upon meeting Santa, the kids are usually surprised that Santa knows a few things about them. There will be lots of “Wow Santa…How did you know?”. This is a combination of a photo shoot with a "Magical Santa Experience". We will capture both candid and posed shots.
Santa will be around on this day but if you just want a photo shoot with the set and do not wish Santa around, we can make that happen as well. Santa/No Santa Prices will be the same. Please indicate if you wish to have Santa or not upon check out.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*This is an INDOOR SESSION and the studio is located in Closter, NJ.
*Parents are welcome to join the session. Max Family size is 5. IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY.
* Clients will receive a separate contract to sign via email.
* Clients will also receive a style guide to help prepare for the session.
* Clients will receive information on how to prepare your kids for the session, a questionnaire asking your preference about Santa, and a questionnaire asking for some information about your kids. They are always surprised that Santa already knows them before they even introduce themselves!
* I know that some of you are concerned especially if your child is meeting Santa for the first time. I offer different options for your session. Santa waiting at the set, Santa shows up halfway through the session, and No Santa. You will receive a questionnaire asking you about your preference. While we cannot guarantee that all sessions run smoothly, we really try our best to prepare the families, the child/ren, ourselves, and even Santa for your session. We cannot guaranty that your child will not cry and no refunds will be given if that happens. However, many parents cherish these crying photos too as it shows a different stage in your child's life. Our Santa is SO AMAZING and SO PLAYFUL. He really plays the role extremely well. Not to mention, I am the crazy and fun photographer. I really do try my best to make the session fun for all!
* Option to purchase additional images upon receiving the proofing gallery.
* Clients must arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session. Session time will not be extended due to tardiness because it will delay the schedule for other clients.
* The retainer fee is due upon booking and reserves your spot for this mini session. This is 100% non-refundable.
*A separate invoice will be sent a week before your session date and all sessions must be paid 3 days prior to your session. Failure to pay will forfeit your retainer fee and your reservation will be released to the next interested client.
* The clients will first receive a proofing gallery a few days after their session. Once the client selects their images, the final gallery will be delivered within one to two weeks after selection.
