Floral Embrace Mommy and Me Sessions (DEPOSIT)

SESSION DETAILS:

Date: April 20, 2025 (Sunday)
Location: Studio in Closter, NJ
Session Type: Mommy and Me (Expectant moms welcome! Dads/partners may join if desired. Immediate family only.)
Duration: 25-minute session

INCLUDES:

Online proofing gallery
Digital images delivered via online gallery (see digital image packages below)
Style guide for outfit selection
Optional outfit rentals for moms
Pricing & Packages

RETAINER FEE: $100 (Due at booking, applies toward total session cost, non-refundable)

PACKAGE OPTIONS: (The $100 retainer fee will be deducted when balance is collected)

* Package 1 - $225: 3 professionally retouched/edited images

* Package 2 - $275: 5 professionally retouched/edited images + 10% off additional images

* Package 3 - $350: 10 professionally retouched/edited images + 15% off additional images

ADDITIONAL IMAGE PRICING:

$65 per additional image
Bundle pricing available for purchases of 5+ images

PAYMENT POLICY:

* A separate invoice will be sent one week before your session date.
* The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before your session.
* Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee, and your reservation will be released.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

* Booking Process: Indicate your package choice at checkout using the "Notes" section.
* Contracts & Forms: A contract will be emailed separately for signing.
* Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Sessions will not be extended due to tardiness.

PROOFING AND GALLERY DELIVERY:

* Proofing gallery available one week after the session (3-day selection window).
* Final edited images delivered within 1–2 weeks after selections.
